Finding our elders can be challenging in a modern industrialized society. But in times of conflict, we search for people who know how to run safe spaces for healing and growth. The people who can do this are often our elders. Where do we find them? How do we recognize them? I’ll explore how the men’s shed movement has helped me find elders in my community.
